We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supervisor to oversee daily café and studio operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for both clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate studio staff, ensuring professionalism, punctuality, and excellent customer service.
Support front desk operations, including bookings and client inquiries.
Oversee bar operations, ensuring efficiency and proper stock levels.
Monitor inventory and manage procurement of bar items, merchandise, and studio supplies.
Maintain organized merchandise displays and stock control.
Ensure the studio environment is clean, well-organized, and aligned with brand standards.
Serve as a liaison between staff and management.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field with 3-5 years experience.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
